Tillerson met with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on 12 April. Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the parties “very thoroughly” discussed issues of the Syrian settlement. “The President outlined our vision of the current situation and its development prospects.
