In Moscow, ambulances will provide QR codes to allow patients to send complaints. About it posted on the website of the Moscow mayor’s office an interview said the head of the Moscow Department of health Alexei Khripun.
“These codes will appear on the cars of all medical teams emergency and urgent care, leaving the call to the Muscovites and guests of the capital,” said Khripun. According to him, the label must appear before the start of the confederations Cup.
It is planned that the QR codes will direct patients to the site of the ambulance station, where they will be able to leave the doctor a message about the quality of care.
The confederations Cup, a soccer tournament among national teams held under the auspices of FIFA, will be held in Russia from 17 June to 2 July.
