Activist Ildar Dading, who was detained during the pickets, released from OVD “Tver”. On Sunday, April 2, said his wife Anastasia Zotova.
According to her, he was questioned as a witness in a criminal case on incitement to riot.
That activist is a witness in the case, which was filed against unidentified persons, said Sunday one of his lawyers, Alexei lipcer. “He did not know, and could not understand why they want to question,” added the defender.
Ildar Dading was arrested on 2 April in front of the Metropolitan Directorate of the interior Ministry of Russia.

In December 2015, Ildar Dading was sentenced to three years in a penal colony on charges of participation in uncoordinated protests in Moscow in March, 2016, the term was reduced to six months. On February 22 the sentence was reversed by the Supreme court. Four days later the activist was released.
