Medvedev approved the rules for the transfer of personal data of Russians in the interior Ministry and the FSB
MOSCOW, December 29. /TASS/. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved the rules of granting by the operator of the unified information system of personal data of Russian citizens in the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Federal security service of the Russian Federation.

The document notes that agencies can request this information “to ensure the country’s defense, state security, law enforcement and counter-terrorism”.
The interior Ministry and the FSB will be able to receive data upon request, which can be accompanied by photos and video of the person data about which you want to. And if the person in respect of whom the request is made, you know, but the authorities do not have his picture or voice, the operator is obliged to provide such data when available in the system.
Response to the request of the interior Ministry and the FSB should be provided free of charge within one day.
