“The buses were owned by individual entrepreneurs. Entrepreneur from Karachay-Cherkessia belonged to a Volvo bus, and to the businessman from Stavropol territory — Neoplan. The driver of the KCR — 1962, from Stavropol — born in 1972. One of them died,” — said the representative of the press service of the Moi for the Voronezh region Elena Podlinnykh.
