MOSCOW, August 31. /TASS/. The murder of the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Alexander Zakharchenko nullifies the meaning of the Minsk agreements and all the steps taken by Russia and the international community to end the war in the South-East of Ukraine. This was stated on Friday to journalists by the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
“The murder of the head of DND nullifies the meaning of the Minsk agreements. This chaos, which resets all the steps for several years undertaken by Russia and the international community to end the war in the South-East of Ukraine”, – said the speaker of the lower house of the Russian Parliament.
