To date, a petition in support of the chief fire executives of Sergei Genin, created in early April and sent to the Investigative Committee, signed 52 787 people.
A petition to the President of the Russian Federation and the TFR with the request to close the case against Burcina and to release him from custody, created on 9 July, signed by more than 49 thousand people. Also, the authors are asked to let go and Genina.
“We ask them to sign the petition to help not only Borsino, but also to other rescuers who can be in the same situation,” the authors write.
As reported, the chief of the fire FGKU “1 the detachment of FFS of the Kemerovo region” Boursin became the fourth arrested an employee of the Ministry of emergency situations in the case of a fire in the “Winter cherry”. He was detained on 7 July, the same day he was charged under part 3 of article 293 of the criminal code (negligence). According to the CCJ, he violated the requirements of the law “On fire safety” and the battle of the Charter of the fire departments that led to the deaths of 60 people.
On 10 July the Central court of Kemerovo sent Burcina two months in jail.
During the investigation arrested 11 accused.
