Chechnya over the last 18 years was transformed, turning from a Republic without roads, schools and jobs in a prosperous region of Russia that defeated terrorism, said on Monday the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on air of TV channel “Russia-1” before the inauguration of the President of the Russian Federation.
