MOSCOW, may 7. /TASS/. Vladimir Putin officially took office as Russian President for a new term. This was announced by the Chairman of the constitutional court Valery Zorkin after Putin took the presidential badge and was sworn in Andreevsky hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
