Photo of the day: uncle “Oscar” suggests a gloss
Already on Sunday in Los Angeles will host the jubilee 90th ceremony of awarding the prize “Oscar” for his merits in the field of cinema for 2017.
Preparations for the ceremony are in full swing. And the production of figurines, which on March 4 will present the main characters is one of the most important stages of this training.
For the manufacture of a complete set of Oscars for the ceremony takes about a month. Figures weighing about 4 kg and height 34 cm made of alloy of tin and lead and in the end quite a complex process covered in 24-carat gold.
