The corresponding presidential decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Previously, the status of a state secret was given all geospatial data sensing of the Earth, which have important defence or economic significance.
The new decree makes a clarification by excluding from the list of secret “data of Earth remote sensing from space received from foreign satellites or Russian spacecraft civil purposes”.
