MOSCOW, December 22. /TASS/. The court bogradsky district of Khakassia on Friday overturned the decision of the municipal authorities about the withdrawal of seven adopted children the love Lizengevich from the village of Bograd. This was announced on Friday, the girl and her lawyer Julia Bogodist.
Earlier, the Commission on juvenile Affairs took the decision to withdraw from Lizengevich seven children, as the foster mother alleged to be violating the gender development of a five year old boy, having grown he is long hair.
On the eve of the Ombudsman under the RF President on the rights of the child Anna Kuznetsova questioned the legality of actions of bodies of guardianship in respect of Lizengevich. She called the decision to remove all foster children from a family of women “a giddy and fast” as “a delicate question”. To participate in the hearing on December 22 on the case in Khakassia was sent to the representative of the office of the Ombudsman.
“We have just concluded a meeting. The court decided to recognize illegal the decision of administration of the bogradsky district from November 1, 2017 [about the removal of children] and to require transfer of children on education Lyubov Petrovna Lizengevich,” said Bogodist, adding that the judge has five days for drafting a reasoned decision.
As reported TASS the assistant to the Minister of education of the Republic of Khakassia Kristina Krenz, now the children are in other foster homes. “Distribution was consistent with preserving the family relationships between the children,” she said.
