The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that Russia’s decision “fundamentally undermines the Minsk agreement”. In Kiev promised to “consult “with international partners to strengthen political and diplomatic pressure on the Kremlin.”
SCCC was established in 2014 in the framework of the Minsk agreements, the center was composed of the officers of the General staffs of Russia and Ukraine.
