The Agency recommends that you ask advice from friends, read reviews online, watch videos agencies, as well as to see the policies and programs of agencies at the offices of the organizations.
Also, the CPS recalls that the contract with the Agency or an animator must be concluded in written form.
“This is the contract of compensated rendering of services under which the contractor undertakes on the instructions of the customer to render services (to perform certain actions or carry out certain activity), and the customer agrees to pay for these services”, — stated in the message.
Urges the Agency not to forget about possible scams and be aware of the risks inviting into the house of strangers.
“The gullibility and lack of vigilance of the people, unscrupulous animators can during the event to commit theft,” reads the website.
In the event of the slightest suspicion, recommends that the CPS, it is better to find the ad causing more confidence. And in the case of breach of contract, consumers can contact the Department of Rospotrebnadzor of the subject of the Russian Federation to protect their rights.
