UN, December 15. /TASS/. Citizens of the DPRK working in Russia on the basis of intergovernmental agreements with Pyongyang, which guarantee respect for their rights. This was stated on Friday, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia at the meeting of the Security Council, commenting on statements of US Secretary of state Rex Tillerson that the workers of the DPRK working in Russia in “slave conditions”.
