More than a third of Russians hoped to change lives for the better

More than a third of Russians (35%) expect to improve the living situation of themselves and their families, 15% of respondents give a negative Outlook, while 40% of respondents do not expect changes in the coming year. This is stated in the study of the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM), received by RBC.

About 65% of Russians regarded their financial situation as average, 20% of respondents considered it bad. Only 14% of respondents cited their financial situation is good.

The current economic situation in Russia called average 56% of respondents, 21% of respondents regarded it as poor. Only the fifth part of Russians considered it good.

In addition, a third of respondents (33%) described the political situation in Russia is good, while 47% of respondents fully agree with the political course of the country. Dissatisfied with the state of Affairs in Russian politics 10% Russians, 11% of respondents disagree with the political course.

The telephone poll was conducted on 27, 28 and 30 November, it was attended by 1,800 respondents aged 18 years.
