She invited the interviewee to give her his savings so she can exchange them for new money. Together they went to the Bank where the pensioner withdrew the accumulated rubles and gave it to a companion.
Women agreed to meet in the same Department a few hours to pass the new bills. All this time the pensioner was sitting in the yard next to the Bank, and when he returned, he learned from staff that there is no change in the currency in the country.
