In addition to the astronauts in the descent module are various cargoes, mainly related to the scientific programme of the ISS, however, of most interest are the samples of the sealant and micrometeorites protect the orbital module of a Soyuz brought to the Ground Prokopyeva.
On the night of 30 August, the ISS found the air leak. The crew checked all the compartments and found a hole in the spacecraft “Soyuz MS-09”. It was located in the living compartment, not in the descent module, so does not threaten the return of the spacecraft to the Ground.
