“Today, the weather in the capital region will have an impact of the Scandinavian cyclone. Therefore, Moscow is expected to partly cloudy, without significant rainfall, some places will be a foggy haze,” — told RIA Novosti in the weather center on Sunday.
According to Fobos, the air temperature in the capital will be minus 9 or minus 10 degrees, in the suburbs it drops to minus 8 — minus 13 degrees.
“The wind blows North-East at a speed of 1-6 m / sec. The atmospheric pressure will be 764 mm Hg, significantly above normal,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
