MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on awarding the state prizes of the Russian Federation for outstanding achievements in human rights and charitable activities for the year 2018, the Chairman of the all-Russian society of the disabled, Mikhail Terentyev, head of the “Rusfond” Leo Ambinder.

Terentyev awarded state prize for outstanding achievements in the field of human rights activities, Ambinder for their outstanding achievements in the field of philanthropy.
These two state award was established by presidential decree in 2015. They are awarded by the head of state and the proposals for the candidates takes the specially established public Commission. Cash value of the prize is 2.5 million rubles.
