Moscow. 3 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — the interior Ministry intends to spring of next year to reduce the burden on the commissioners in connection with the shortage of personnel in the service.

The Agency posted at the portal of projects of normative legal acts the draft order “On duty district police officer of the police in a given administrative area and the organization of these activities.”
The document notes that the main function of police officer is carrying out preventive work in the health service administrative area. “However, the measures on increase of efficiency of activity of precinct police, drastic improvements do not bring. The excessive load leads to the outflow of personnel from the divisions and becomes the cause of the persistent shortage of personnel”, — stated in the draft order.

The interior Ministry noted that to date have not eradicated the practice of excessive distraction of the precinct “for the solution of operational tasks outside the territory served by administrative areas, as well as duties that are not related to a direct appointment”.
In this regard, the Ministry proposes to “discontinue the practice of orders of district police officer police checks on registered statements and messages on crimes of economic orientation, of grave and especially grave crimes or not related to the competence of the police, as well as on crimes, administrative offences and incidents committed outside the territory assigned to them by administrative areas”.
