In November a group of scientists led by French archaeologists have made several large finds in the necropolis on the West Bank of the Nile. Among them — the tomb of the XIX dynasty of pharaohs, which belonged to the Minister of the temple of the God Amun. Together with the sarcophagus was found a funerary figure “ushabti”, funerary mask and other items.

From the beginning, archaeologists have made dozens of important discoveries in the country. Egyptian authorities hope that this will help the tourism industry.
