Poroshenko announced the transition of Ukraine to the military situation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a question of the introduction of martial law. He declared it during meeting of Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) broadcast led the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
