Looks like a rocket launch to the ISS (video)

The European space Agency posted a video shot by astronauts aboard the International space station. On it is launch the rocket from a height of 400 km above the Earth.
During the download an error has occurred.
On the lapse of a length of about 40 seconds, shows the start and exit into space rocket Soyuz-FG, which was launched on the evening of 16 November from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
Astronaut Alexander Gerst, from the photos which is assembled this video, I commented on the video in his Twitter:
This is a real video about how the spacecraft leaves the planet. Then, as we see with the ISS.
