Earlier on Friday, September 14, media reported damage in the hull of a Soyuz protivometeoritnoy on the screen for the main hole.
As the source explained, it’s the same hole, “and not some new tracks.”
“The hole the drill does not pass through — up to open space and passed fully two-millimeter aluminum case household compartment and rested in protivometeoritnoy protection and screen-vacuum insulation, which is at a distance of fifteen inches from it,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
On the night of 30 August the ISS had an emergency due to an air leak. When examined in a side compartment of the docked spacecraft “Soyuz MS-09” found a hole approximately 3 cm.
September 5, sources in the space industry have suggested that a hole could appear in the Assembly shop in the Queen.
The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin admitted that the crack occurred because of the deliberate influence from the inside.
Later in the Russian media spread the story of the deliberate damage to the ship by American astronauts. The hole was allegedly made as soon as possible to send back one of their sick colleagues and not to pay for a new ship.
While on 14 September it became known that the mission control centres in Moscow and Houston admitted that the cause of the hole could be leaking air and not on the “astronauts.”.
