Vyshinsky sent for medical examination from the courtroom in Kherson
Kherson city court has satisfied the petition of lawyer editor-in-chief “RIA Novosti Ukraine” Kirill Vyshinsky about appointment medical examinations. The petition was due to the deteriorating health of journalist.

Wyszynski was sent for examination from the courtroom on 5 September, where was held the meeting on election to it measures of restraint.
The journalist was detained may 15, in Kiev, two days later he was arrested on charges of treason. He faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
The foreign Ministry accusations Wyszynski called “absurd” and a criminal case was fabricated and demanded his release.
