In Yugra Bank teller mistakenly gave unemployed 400 thousand rubles
KHANTY-MANSIYSK, 14 Jul — RIA Novosti. The cashier of a Bank branch in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug was given to the unemployed instead of 400 rubles a thousand times more, the man disappeared with the money, but was detained, according to the regional Department of the MIA.
It is noted that the police asked the representative of one of the banks in the town of Urai, alleging theft of funds. He explained that the operator-the cashier mistakenly gave to one of my customers is 400 RUB 400 thousand. The customer without informing the error to a specialist, left the Bank. Soon, the police detained the suspect, they have been previously convicted unemployed local resident.
“It is established that the man tried to withdraw money in the amount of 400 rubles from his credit card. After several unsuccessful attempts he appealed to the Bank to the cashier. Inadvertently, the last gave to the client 400 thousand rubles”, — told in UMVD.
The Department explained that the man managed to spend only 600 rubles, buying alcohol, and the rest of the money hidden in the sofa.
“With his words, he was hoping that the cashier will not detect a mistake,” — said the police, adding that on the given fact criminal case about the theft, and the man is under recognizance not to leave.
