The Federal registration service refused to arrest the property Petrosyan and Stepanenko
The Federal registration service refused Khamovnicheskiy district court of Moscow on arrest of real estate humorists Eugene Petrosyan and Elena Stepanenko, told RNS Petrosyan’s lawyer Sergei Zhorin.
“Management of Federal registration service notified the Khamovnichesky court about refusal in arrest of real estate of Yevgeny Petrosyan and Elena Stepanenko”, — said the Zhorin RNS.
He noted that the decision of Federal registration service due to incorrect documentation.
The Khamovnichesky district court considers two cases on divorce and division of property Yevgeny Petrosyan and Elena Stepanenko. The main meeting of the combined cases will take place on August 13.
