The investigation Committee found no reason to investigate the death of Ivan VI, Paul I, Peter III and Fyodor Godunov

Moscow. July 26. INTERFAX.RU — Written request MP from the Communist Rashkin call his actions trolling.

The investigative Committee of Russia refused to initiate a criminal case on the fact of death of Russian emperors Ivan VI, Paul I, Peter III, and Tsar Fyodor Godunov.

Earlier with the corresponding request to the SC of the Russian Federation addressed to the Deputy of the state Duma from the Communist party Valery Rashkin. The Secretariat confirmed to Interfax the fact of sending a request and receiving a response signed by the Deputy head of the TFR Krasnov.

“Stipulated in the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation, the grounds for making these procedural decisions (on criminal proceedings — if) is currently not available”, — is spoken in the official reply of the TFR.

It noted, however, that “personal interest and the available points of view on historical events is still insufficient for criminal proceedings”.

Meanwhile, Sam Rashkin said in his Twitter that his request in the TFR was trolling. “It is trolling. Let the real crimes involved, not excavation. Very sad that this is causing a frenzied response, but the real offense is not,” he wrote in response to critical comments.
