36-year-old personal trainer Nalisha Patel from New Zealand shared an amazing personal story, which proves that the universal ways of losing weight does not exist.

In recognition of the girl herself, she always had a toned body, but, going with her husband on a long journey around the world, Nalisha began to get better, as could all the time to stick to the diet and workouts. In three years her weight has increased from 54 kg to 69 kg. And then she realized that I needed to change something.

The first thing that made Patel started to put into practice the advice that she always gave to the girls: five times a day smaller meals, compulsory Breakfast harmful just one dish in a week and the combination of strength, cardio and interval training. In the end, in a year she managed to lose only 2 pounds. Then she began to study this question on the Internet and in the coming months, subject to all rules of healthy lifestyle, even managed to recover another 4 pounds.

In January 2018 Nalisha began to experiment with different techniques and to note how her body reacts to different foods — she even bought a glucometer to measure the blood sugar level. She began to eat three times a day, skipped Breakfast, and harmful meals allowed herself only once a month. Patel virtually abandoned the exercise of power and to conventional interval training added jumping on the trampoline. And the result was not long in coming. Just 4 months new Zealander managed to lose 12 kg.

Now Nalisha almost regained the original weight, but continues his experiments. Now she shares with her subscribers and only those tips which really helped her practice.
