MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. The presidents of Russia and USA Vladimir Putin and Donald trump discussed in Helsinki specific proposals on settlement of the situation in the Donbass. This was stated on Friday, the Russian Ambassador in Washington, Anatoly Antonov, speaking at the international discussion club “Valdai”.
