The head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev considers that the detention of a Russian citizen’s Butinai in Washington on charges of unregistered activities in the U.S. as an agent can be a reaction to the results of the summit of leaders of the Russian Federation and the United States.
