MOSCOW, July 14. /TASS/. Moscow ideally would like to negotiate with Washington during the summit in Helsinki on 16 July on the resumption of the communication channels all of the complex issues. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov in interview to the journalist Larry king on air of TV channel RT.
