Ukraine announced the names of Russians who are willing to exchange for the Ukrainian prisoners
KIEV, July 2. /TASS/ — the Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko among the Russians, in particular, called Victor Ageev, Alexander Baranov, Maxim Odintsov, Sergei Egorov and Olga Kovalic.
Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko called the names of convicted Russians in Ukraine, of which Kiev is ready to exchange contained in Russia of Ukrainian citizens according to the “23 in 23”.

Among the Russians, in particular, Gerashchenko called Victor Ageev, Alexander Baranov, Maxim Odintsov, Sergey Yegorov, Olga Kovalic, Maxim Plum, Larissa Chubarov, Evgeny Nefedov and others.
Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada also announced the names of Ukrainian prisoners, which Kiev intends to obtain during the exchange. “We are ready to transfer to Russia [Russian prisoners] to release the Ukrainians [Oleg] Sentsov, [Alexander] Kolchenko, [Roman] Sushchenko, [Paul] Mushroom [Vladimir] Baluja, [Eugene] Panov, our children who have been held in occupied Donbas”, — added the Vice-speaker.
Parliament Commissioner for human rights Lyudmila Denisova 29 June confirmed the possibility of exchange of prisoners with Russia in the format “23 on 23”. Commenting on the proposal of the Ukrainian side, the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova noted that the Ukrainian side proposed a way of mutual transfer of persons for serving their sentences on the territory of another country is not feasible, since we are talking about the persons having citizenship of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Therefore, the Russian Ombudsman indicated that the first two countries it is necessary to solve the question of their status, and for this it is necessary to conclude the relevant bilateral agreement.
