Where there is a single in the world baobab alley (photo)
The age of many trees exceeds 800 years.
Despite the fact that baobabs grow throughout Africa, only Madagascar can meet some of the best examples of the largest and most rare species — Adansonia Grandidier. The trunk of this tree can reach 30 metres in height.

The world-famous baobab alley is located near the city of Morondava in the region Menabe. It stretches for 260 meters. Many of the local trees are over 800 years old.
The unusual beauty of the area is now under state protection and listed as natural heritage of Madagascar.
