The training of the young governors will cost the Federal budget of 59 million rubles
To running at the Kremlin’s initiative, a program of development of managerial personnel reserve the Russian Academy spend in 2018, approximately 59 million rubles of budget funds, said in an interview with RBC Deputy rector of the Ranepa, program curator Alexey Komissarov.
According to Komissarov, the presidential administration in April 2017 requested a whole range of programs, and the idea of a personnel reserve belonged to President Vladimir Putin. “In fact, the initiative of creating such a reserve came from the President of our country, and the order was made by the presidential administration headed by a Director and his first Deputy,” — said Commissioners.
The commissioners noted that Putin has demanded to pay special attention to social mobility and promotion of young managers, and the adjustment of approaches to the selection of people for leadership positions.
The first phase of the programme started in June last year and ended in the spring of 2018 has Trained 74 people. Nine of them were appointed acting Governor of the regions, — Dmitry Azarov (Samara oblast), Alexander Burke (Omsk oblast), Stanislav Voskresensky (Ivanovo region), Andrey Klychkov (Oryol oblast), Alexander moor (Tyumen oblast), Gleb Nikitin (Nizhny Novgorod oblast), and Viktor Tomenko (Altai Krai), Andrei Travnikov (Novosibirsk region) and Alexander Tsybulsky (Nenets Autonomous Okrug). Artyom zdunov became Prime Minister of Dagestan, and Eugene Dietrich and Mikhail Kotyukov was appointed by the Ministers of science and transport, respectively.
The training consisted of lectures, individual consultations, preparation of group projects and team building events. Lectures were given by representatives of the presidential administration and government, governors and heads of large companies. Participants in the program jumped from the cliff in Sochi, practiced shooting and parachute jumping and went under a moving armored personnel carriers. The second phase of training began in June, it was attended by 77 people.
