A few years ago China started to velomania, and across the country began to receive dozens of companies weaseling. Any resident could rent a two-wheeled vehicle, paying by credit card, and roll — to leave the bike at any point of the city.
However, the supply very soon exceeded the demand, many companies began to go bankrupt. As a result, in China there were hundreds of thousands of unwanted bikes which utilities started stocking in Parking lots and even the unused soccer fields.
