MOSCOW, June 12. /TASS/. The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the meeting, “Norman Quartet” in Berlin discussed with the foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin face to face exchange of detainees and the UN mission in the Donbass. The Minister told reporters following the meeting.
