The Russians called problematic areas of health and education
The most problematic areas the Russians consider health, education and the economy, according to a survey by VTsIOM “the Problematic background of the country: monitoring”, which acquainted “Izvestia”.
Most of the problems now in the health care system, said 28% of study participants. Compared with 2017, the company also increased the number of respondents marking the defects in the educational (23%) and economic (21%) sectors.
The head of the Department of research VTsIOM Stepan Lvov told “Izvestia” that the concentration of public opinion on issues of the social sector means a strengthening of the requirements for the state.
“Expectations are very specific: the citizens want to have a working system of health and education — those criteria that in the coming years will be measured by the effectiveness of the state”, — said the sociologist.
