40-year-old native of Uzbekistan Rakhmat Akilov, made arrival on the people on the truck in April 2017 in the center of Stockholm, was sentenced to life imprisonment. The verdict on Thursday ruled the district court of the Swedish capital.
“This man convicted of a terrorist offence — five murders. A sentence is defined in the form of life imprisonment”, — is noted in the court’s decision.
