MOSCOW, June 5. /TASS/. The bailiffs of Russia expects to use from July 31 additional identifiers debtors, to avoid confusion in the case where the names of the people coincide. As reported by TASS in the press service of first Deputy head of the faction “United Russia” Victor Kidjaev, about this informed the Director of the Federal bailiff service of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov the meeting with intra-faction group.
“The deputies asked how to solve painful problems with timely notification of citizens about the debt and “doubles” — citizens who came under sanctions of police officers by mistake because of the coincidence of personal data with the real debtor. According to Aristov, the first necessary changes in the legislation on this issue will be effective from 31 July,” — said the press service.

In addition, the officers expect that additional data to identify the debtors will then be included in the coming bailiffs writs of the courts.
Speaking in February at the meeting of heads of regional, provincial and national courts, Aristov proposed to include in the texts of judicial acts, in particular, the court orders the necessary details, allowing you to accurately identify the debtor.
