Moscow. May 28. INTERFAX.RU Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved the allocation of responsibilities between his deputies in the government of the new convocation.
“The first Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov will be responsible for the entire range of issues of financial and economic policy, including national project on development of small and medium-sized businesses and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives,” the document says.
Also within the scope of his responsibilities will include the implementation of national programmes in the areas of development of international cooperation and exports, enhance productivity and employment support. The authority Siluanov added state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.
Deputy Prime Minister Maxime Governors will oversee the implementation of the national programme “Digital economy” and the national project on creation of safe and quality roads, follows from the document.
In addition, among its powers will be the digitalization of public administration, including the provision of public services. Governors will be responsible for questions of transport, communication, innovation, issues related to real estate and intellectual property.
Deputy Prime Minister Aleksei Gordeev will be responsible for agriculture and agribusiness, biotechnology and fisheries, forestry and timber industry, environmental management, environmental protection and environmental supervision, the document says. Gordeyev also fixed the implementation of the national project in the field of ecology.
