An international investigation team investigating circumstances of the crash Boeing in the East of Ukraine, established that SAM “Buk”, which was supposedly shot down the Malaysian airliner belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Russian Armed forces, said the head of the investigation Department of the national police of the Netherlands Wilbert Paulissen.

Previously the foreign Ministry of the Netherlands said that the court in the case of the crash of the Malaysian aircraft will take place in this country. Most of the victims were nationals of the Netherlands.
Malaysian Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that crashed on 17 July 2014 near Donetsk in Eastern Ukraine. On Board were 298 people, they all died.
