Lefortovo Moscow court on Thursday refused to replace fine the rest of the sentence to the leader of the hacker group “Humpty Dumpty” Vladimir Anikeev, sentenced to two years in prison, reports the correspondent of “Interfax”.
“The court held: the petition of the lawyer for Anikeeva replacement of the unserved term of imprisonment for the penalty to refuse”, — announced the decision of judge Elena Galikhanova.
Thus, Anikeev will be released in November 2018.
Protection Anikeeva asked the court to replace the penalty the rest of his sentence part of the term, which expires in November.
The leader of the hacker group “Humpty Dumpty” Anikeev (known online under the nickname Lewis), a fully pleaded guilty to unlawful access to legally protected computer information (part 3 of article 272 of the criminal code) and entered into a plea deal, was convicted by Moscow city court in July 2017 in a special manner for two years in a General regime colony. The defense appealed the verdict, but then, by the Anikeeva, withdrew the appeal.
In early January 2018 Lefortovo court refused to satisfy the petition Anikeeva on parole, and later the Moscow city court recognised this decision lawful.
