In January CNBC, citing current and former Tesla employees reported that the company is experiencing significant problems with the release of the Model 3 sedan. Problems associated with the fact that batteries for EVS are produced partly by hand and employees in Nevada cannot cope with the workload. In order to solve the problem and to speed up production, Tesla has had to ask the partner — Japanese Panasonic — allocate their staff to build batteries, told the TV station.
Tesla started deliveries of the mass Model 3 electric car in July last year. The design of the Model 3 designed for mass production capabilities, including through simplification of option packages.
