Residents of Yekaterinburg will dance the waltz in the Day of Victory
Ekaterinburg. May 8. INTERFAX-URAL — Dance event “Victory Waltz” will be held may 9 on the ground near the Ural state University of Economics (USUE) in Yekaterinburg, the press service of the University.
“Dancing couples dressed in the style of the war years, will be waltzing to melodies of the legendary Soviet songs “Katyusha”, “Blue handkerchief”, “the Dark night”, “Dugout” and other”, — stated in the message.
After the waltz the participants will line up in the word “peace”. Also the event will end with a minute of silence and launch into the sky white balls. In addition, during the event, visitors will see demonstration performances on hand-to-hand combat sports-Patriotic club “Alfa”, an exhibition of models of weapons of WWII from the University Museum of military archeology. Guests can try a field kitchen.
