According to investigators, from August 2012 to October 2013, the head of FSUE “Spetsstroyservis” at Spetsstroy Russia” Andrey Yartsev, General Director of open company “stroykonstruktsiya” Anatoly Ryazanov, the General Director of JSC “stroykonstruktsiya” Nicholas Schaden, his Deputy Igor Novikov and FSO of Russia Vladimir Deniskin during the implementation of contracts with open company “stroykonstruktsiya” spent more than 250 million rubles from the Federal budget by buying at artificially inflated prices of steel for the construction of the cosmodrome “East”.
“…The collected evidence accepted by the court sufficient for sentencing Andrew Yartsevo, Vladimir Deniskin and Nicholas Skadina. Depending on the role they each found guilty of committing crimes under part 4 of article 160 of the RF criminal code (embezzlement), part 3 of article 33, part 4 of article 160 of the RF criminal code (organization of embezzlement) and part 5 of article 33, part 4 of article 160 of the RF criminal code (complicity in embezzlement),” — said the representative of the UK.
According to her, the court sentenced Deniskina, as the organizer of the crime, to 7.5 years of imprisonment. The decision of the court Yartsev got 7 years, and Skaden — 6.5 years in a General regime colony, said the representative office.
Earlier, the court found guilty of complicity in embezzlement and sentenced to real terms Ryazanov and Novikov.
