The interior Ministry reported the death arrow from Kazan
Moscow. 28 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — a Man opened fire on people in an apartment building in Kazan, and killed the employee of Regardie dead, said Wednesday in a press-service Ministry of internal Affairs of Tatarstan.
The cause of the incident was a domestic conflict. “Man 1981 year of birth was in conflict with his wife, according to which he was subjected to administrative detention for 10 days for disorderly conduct,” the police said.
Freed, the man took up arms and came to his brother’s wife, which she hid, fearing for their lives. He began to shoot at the front door. Hearing the shooting, residents went to the police.
When the police arrived, the man started to shoot. “During the arrest, he was taken down. He’s dead,” — said the Agency “Interfax” in the interior Ministry.
During the RAID, was wounded the employee of OMON (Regardie), who later died, police officer (currently operated and is in the hospital) and another civilian who is also hospitalized.
Earlier it was reported that the shooter surrendered to police and his alleged accomplice dead.
