The Ministry of education once again ready for large-scale reform of the unified state examination.

By 2030, the graduates of Russian schools will perform during the exam simulation, virtual reality, and the results will be evaluated using the “computer intellectual systems”. On Wednesday said the Deputy Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation — the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov.

Minister of education and science Olga Vasilyeva recalled the need to include in the system of education quality assessment results of the education of students. Thus, the Ministry of education for the first time in several years, announced major changes in the exam.

The rector of Ranepa Vladimir Mau warned officials against overly ambitious projections, at the same time urging them to provide “advanced services in the field of education” to frustrated pupils and students moved to study in other countries.

The next generation of school children (children who will go to the first class in 2019) will take the exam in the new format, announced at the international conference “the way of the future and competence of graduates-2030” in Moscow Sergey Kravtsov. We are talking about changes in the content of examination materials and their format. So, in the Ministry of education hopes that by that time exams are on the subject can be taken not only at the end of training at school, but after completing a specific subject. “For example, no geography — you can pass a geography exam,” explained Mr. Kravtsov. According to him, the regions will set up a special independent diagnostic centers in which students can take the exam during the year.

The Agency plans to increase the number of oral tasks in the exam.

Now this format is used in the final exam in foreign languages, and for the ninth grades enter final interview in the Russian language (the procedure is in the process of testing). “I think that the oral form of the exam will be used for other things,” conceded Mr. Kravtsov.

In addition, future graduates will be given tasks to perform which will require the use of the Internet. It may be “conducting a virtual experiment or simulation of a certain situation,” said Sergey Kravtsov.

According to him, now is being tested a model of delivery of Informatics to computers — “it is strange when the subject hand in paper technology”. It is planned that this option will be introduced in two years. Mr. Kravtsov was also not ruled out a complete abandonment of paper exams for other subjects. “Maybe jobs will be created directly in the classroom prior to the exam, — said the head of Rosobrnadzor.— Evaluation will be conducted using computer technology, including for the creative part of the task will be applied by the computer intelligent system of verification.” Now the creative part of the exam, such as essay on the Russian language, check experts.

Minister of education and science Olga Vasilyeva reminded the participants that one of the tasks of the school — “education of man”, so in the system of education quality assessment should include criteria that would allow to judge “the extent to which the professional community is paying attention to this problem”.
