LJUBLJANA, 21 February. /TASS/. The US state Department acknowledged that the American ambassadors in all countries of the world have instructions to discourage cooperation with Russia. This was stated on Wednesday the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov following talks with Minister of foreign Affairs of Slovenia Karl Erjavec.
